  • Review selected applications and outreach together
  • Prepare for and debrief interviews
  • Guidance on concrete offers and negotiations that arise during the engagement
  • Personal onboarding support if you start a new role within the engagement
  • A closing review of where you stand and your next steps

If you start a new role within the engagement, we support your first steps: your priorities, working with key contacts and the concrete challenges of the new role.

Between sessions:

Brief questions and feedback on agreed documents, live applications and upcoming decisions by email during the 90 days.

The outcome:

A clarified direction, a coherent positioning and personal support for the steps that arise during the engagement, from the search to a possible start.

The shared framework

  • The term begins on the start date we agree together.
  • Sessions are planned together and spread across the term as needed.
  • Onboarding conversations are part of the twelve included sessions and the full 90-day term of The Journey.
  • A later start date does not extend the package automatically.
  • If no new role begins within the term, the remaining sessions are used for the ongoing search and next steps.
  • Email support is provided on working days. The exact response time is agreed before we begin.

The How to get hired course is included in The Journey and does not replace any included session. It is currently in preparation.
