Terms of Service
Version 1.3 (2026-11-04.2)
Version dated: 4 November 2026
These Terms govern the use of the website swiss-premier.ch and swiss-premier.com and of the digital resources offered on it by Swiss Premier Sàrl, Rue Beau-Séjour 8D, 1003 Lausanne, Switzerland ("Swiss Premier", "we"). UID: CHE-325.733.994.
Section 01: Scope
These Terms apply to visitors and purchases of the digital self-paced course How to get hired. Executive search mandates, personal career advisory packages and other individually agreed services are governed by separate written agreements with Swiss Premier. Those agreements take precedence for the respective advisory or recruitment service, not for a separate online course purchase.
Section 02: Website Content
The content of this website, including articles in the Insights section, is provided for general information only. It does not constitute legal, tax, financial or individual career advice and does not create any client relationship.
We take care to keep the content accurate and current but give no guarantee as to its completeness, accuracy or timeliness. Descriptions of services and packages are not binding offers. The digital course is governed by the conditions confirmed during checkout.
Section 03: Career Tools
Each week one selected Career Tools PDF is free in exchange for an email address. The remaining eight-resource collection and ten How to get hired lessons are designed for a verified member purchase, separate from personal consulting. The one-time course price is CHF 49 incl. VAT. The course is included in The Journey advisory package. Checkout is currently in test mode only and no real money is charged. Buyer details are collected during checkout. A member account is created after verified payment and a secure password-setup link is sent by email. Independent account registration is not offered. Access is granted only after the payment provider confirms payment, never by a return URL alone. Temporary PDF links are for personal use; requested delivery emails contain no advertising. Automatic daily course emails are not enabled.
You may download, save and print them for your own career planning.
You may not resell, republish, distribute or present them as your own work, in whole or in part.
Free resources are not guaranteed to remain unchanged or permanently available. Legal rights arising from a paid course purchase remain unaffected.
Digital course and refunds
How to get hired is a digital self-paced course with written lessons and PDFs. Access is provided after payment has been confirmed.
We do not offer voluntary returns or refunds for a change of mind or non-use. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected, particularly for defective or undelivered content and unauthorised or duplicate charges. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, it expires only when the legal requirements are met. Support: contact@swiss-premier.ch.
For payments through Stripe Managed Payments / Sold through Link, the payment provider’s applicable refund rules also apply. Statutory rights and refunds that the payment provider may issue under its terms remain unaffected.

This consent applies where a statutory right of withdrawal exists. It does not limit mandatory legal rights. Consent alone does not cause the right of withdrawal to expire; all legal requirements must be met.
Immediate access: «I expressly consent to the supply of the digital content beginning before the withdrawal period ends. I acknowledge that I will lose my right of withdrawal when supply begins.»
Section 04: Forms and Waiting List
By using the contact form, the waiting list or the subscription form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share any attached documents.
Joining the waiting list is not a booking and creates no obligation for either party. A service relationship only arises once a separate agreement has been concluded. How we process your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Section 05: Intellectual Property
All texts, images, illustrations, logos, the name Swiss Premier® and the design of this website are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to Swiss Premier or its licensors. Any use beyond personal viewing requires our prior written consent.
Section 06: External Links
The website contains links to third-party services such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, LinkedIn, Skool and Zori Art. We have no control over their content or data practices and accept no responsibility for them. Their own terms apply.
Section 07: Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Swiss Premier excludes all liability for damages arising from the use of this website, its content or the digital resources, in particular for indirect or consequential damages. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.
We do not guarantee that the website is available at all times or free of errors.
Section 08: Changes
We may amend these Terms at any time. The version published on this website at the time of your visit applies. A course purchase is governed by the version confirmed when ordering; later changes do not retrospectively alter the concluded purchase contract.
Section 09: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict of law rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Lausanne, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
