Privacy Policy
Version: 1.1
Effective Date: 1 March 2026
Last Updated: 4 November 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Swiss Premier Sàrl processes personal data through this website, its forms and digital resources. Swiss data protection law applies and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.
Section 01: Data Controller
The controller responsible for data processing under this Privacy Notice is:
Swiss Premier Sàrl
Rue Beau-Séjour 8D
1003 Lausanne
Switzerland
E-mail: contact@swiss-premier.ch
Swiss Premier Sàrl is responsible for the collection and processing of personal data of users of this website and its digital products.
Section 02: Scope
This policy covers contact forms, waiting lists, the weekly free PDF and member accounts. Buyers provide an email address, name and language during checkout. A member account is created only after verified payment. There is no independent account registration. Course checkout is currently in test mode only; no live payments or automatic daily course emails are enabled.
Section 03: Data Collected
We collect submitted contact information and attachments, registration timestamps, member names and languages, authentication records, purchase references and manually marked lesson progress. When you request the free weekly PDF, we store the email address you enter, the chosen resource and the time, show a temporary download link and send the link once to that address. Members receive private PDFs through temporary links and, on request, by email to their account address. Card details are entered directly in Stripe’s payment form and are not stored by Swiss Premier. Hosting and external providers may process IP address, browser and device information.
Before course checkout, we record your express consent to early supply: the time, language, text version and agreed wording including the refund policy. This evidence is linked to the purchase reference and repeated in the purchase confirmation. It is used to perform the contract and demonstrate legal requirements, not for marketing.
Section 04: Purpose of Processing
We use these data to respond to enquiries, manage registrations, authenticate members, verify purchased access and save course progress. Records and files are stored privately in Lovable Cloud. We attempt to notify the owner after a public form is saved; storage does not confirm email receipt. A secure purchase-access email verifies the account email and lets buyers set their password. Password-reset emails support later access. Requested PDF emails contain delivery information only. No newsletters, promotional follow-ups or daily course email sequence are activated.
Section 05: Legal Basis
We process data to handle your request and take steps towards providing our services, to meet applicable legal obligations and to maintain security. Where the GDPR applies, the relevant bases are Article 6(1)(b), (c) or (f), according to the purpose. Optional newsletter registrations rely on consent under Article 6(1)(a), which can be withdrawn at any time. Swiss data protection principles apply to processing under Swiss law.
Section 06: International Data Transfer
Hosting, cloud services and external content may involve processing outside Switzerland or the EEA. The country depends on the provider and service. Where legally required, transfers must be covered by an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses. You can request information on the applicable providers and safeguards at contact@swiss-premier.ch.
Section 07: Data Retention
We retain enquiries, attachments and registrations only for as long as needed for their purpose and applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion or withdraw a waiting-list or subscription registration at contact@swiss-premier.ch. Any records that must be retained by law or for legal claims may be kept for the applicable period. Device-local settings remain until you clear website data in your browser.
Section 08: User Rights
Users have the right to:
Access their personal data
Rectify inaccurate data
Request deletion of data
Restrict processing
Object to processing
Withdraw consent for marketing or cookies
Receive their personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (data portability), where applicable
Requests can be sent to: contact@swiss-premier.ch
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority in your country of residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement.
Section 10: Third-Party Providers
Lovable provides the platform, private account and form storage and app-email delivery. Cloudflare supplies hosting infrastructure. Stripe processes checkout information and payment records, initially in test mode; its own privacy policy applies. Some original images use the Squarespace image CDN. Google Fonts supplies the handwritten font and Spotify is embedded on About. External links to LinkedIn, Apple Podcasts, Skool and Zori are governed by their own policies. For course purchases processed through Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe's affiliate Sold through Link acts as seller of record and processes buyer, payment and tax data under its own terms.
Section 11: Updates
We update this policy when website services or processing practices change. The date above identifies the current version. Where required, we will inform you of significant changes and seek consent before introducing processing that requires it.
Section 12: Contact & Data Protection Inquiries
For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact Swiss Premier Sàrl, Rue Beau-Séjour 8D, 1003 Lausanne, Switzerland. Email: contact@swiss-premier.ch. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or, where applicable, your competent EU supervisory authority.
