These Terms govern the use of the website swiss-premier.ch and swiss-premier.com and of the free digital resources offered on it by Swiss Premier Sàrl, Rue Beau-Séjour 8D, 1003 Lausanne, Switzerland ("Swiss Premier", "we").

These Terms apply to every visitor of the website. Executive search mandates, career advisory packages and any other paid service are governed exclusively by a separate written agreement concluded with Swiss Premier. In case of conflict, that agreement prevails over these Terms.

The content of this website, including articles in the Insights section, is provided for general information only. It does not constitute legal, tax, financial or individual career advice and does not create any client relationship.

We take care to keep the content accurate and current but give no guarantee as to its completeness, accuracy or timeliness. Descriptions of services and packages are not binding offers.

The Career Tools PDFs are provided free of charge after you submit your email address. They are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may download, save and print them for your own career planning.

You may not resell, republish, distribute or present them as your own work, in whole or in part.

There is no entitlement to the continued availability of any resource. We may update or withdraw resources at any time.

By using the contact form, the waiting list or the Career Tools signup, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share any attached documents.

Joining the waiting list is not a booking and creates no obligation for either party. A service relationship only arises once a separate agreement has been concluded. How we process your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

All texts, images, illustrations, logos, the name Swiss Premier® and the design of this website are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to Swiss Premier or its licensors. Any use beyond personal viewing requires our prior written consent.

The website contains links to third-party services such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, LinkedIn, Skool and Zori Art. We have no control over their content or data practices and accept no responsibility for them. Their own terms apply.

To the extent permitted by law, Swiss Premier excludes all liability for damages arising from the use of this website, its content or the free resources, in particular for indirect or consequential damages. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.

We do not guarantee that the website is available at all times or free of errors.

We may amend these Terms at any time. The version published on this website at the time of your visit applies.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict of law rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Lausanne, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
