This Privacy Policy explains how Swiss Premier Sàrl processes personal data through this website, its forms and digital resources. Swiss data protection law applies and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

Swiss Premier Sàrl is responsible for the collection and processing of personal data of users of this website and its digital products.

This policy covers contact enquiries and attachments, waiting-list registrations, subscription requests and email-gated Career Tools downloads. Online payments, automated newsletters and course delivery are not currently active.

We collect the information you submit: first and last name, email address, message and subject, optional attachments, selected language and newsletter preference. Registration timestamps are stored. Email addresses and consent information are also stored for Career Tools downloads. Hosting and external content providers may process technical data such as IP address, browser and device information. Please only send information and documents needed for your enquiry.

We use this information to respond to enquiries, manage the waiting list and subscription requests, provide requested downloads and maintain website security. Form submissions and contact attachments are stored privately in Lovable Cloud and are not publicly listed. Owner email notifications are not yet active. Newsletter consent does not trigger an automated newsletter or course email. Any future newsletter requires the appropriate consent and an unsubscribe option.

We process data to handle your request and take steps towards providing our services, to meet applicable legal obligations and to maintain security. Where the GDPR applies, the relevant bases are Article 6(1)(b), (c) or (f), according to the purpose. Optional newsletter registrations rely on consent under Article 6(1)(a), which can be withdrawn at any time. Swiss data protection principles apply to processing under Swiss law.

Hosting, cloud services and external content may involve processing outside Switzerland or the EEA. The country depends on the provider and service. Where legally required, transfers must be covered by an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses. You can request information on the applicable providers and safeguards at contact@swiss-premier.ch.

We retain enquiries, attachments and registrations only for as long as needed for their purpose and applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion or withdraw a waiting-list or subscription registration at contact@swiss-premier.ch. Any records that must be retained by law or for legal claims may be kept for the applicable period. Device-local settings remain until you clear website data in your browser.

The website uses local browser storage to remember language selection, weekly flyer dismissal and manually marked Career Tools progress. Progress stays on your device and does not establish purchase ownership. You can clear these settings in your browser. No Google Analytics, advertising pixels or payment tracking are configured in the website code. Hosting services may use technical cookies or logs. Embedded Spotify content and external resources may process data and use their own cookies; their privacy policies apply.

Lovable provides the website platform and Lovable Cloud stores form entries and private files. Delivery through a custom domain uses Cloudflare infrastructure. Some original images are loaded from the Squarespace image CDN; Squarespace is not the current website host. Google Fonts supplies the handwritten font. The About page embeds Spotify, which receives technical data when the player loads. Links to LinkedIn, Apple Podcasts, Skool and Zori lead to external sites whose own privacy policies apply. We do not currently use Stripe, PayPal or Mailchimp to process submissions on this website.

We update this policy when website services or processing practices change. The date above identifies the current version. Where required, we will inform you of significant changes and seek consent before introducing processing that requires it.
